Margaret Hale
Margaret Hale is the editor of Best Car Insurance for Seniors. She was a licensed property and casualty agent in North Carolina for nineteen years, and over that time her client base aged with her—so the questions she answered shifted from first cars and new homes to retirement coverage, mature-driver discounts and when to stop carrying collision.
She started this site in 2022 after retiring from the agency, to write down the answers in one place. She no longer holds an active licence and does not sell insurance. She reviews every page annually.
Margaret lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
